Public Comments

Members of the public may register to provide comments relating to an item on the meeting agenda upon which a vote will be taken, as required in LA RS 42:14(D). Individuals desiring to make public comments should register their intent at least two hours prior to the meeting by completing the registration form: Public Commentary Registration. To ensure that the meeting is conducted in an efficient manner, each individual’s comments will be limited to no more than 2 minutes. The President reserves the right to limit public comments.
